The regulator has issued a "do not eat" warning to various items it believes to pose a risk to customers.

If you have purchased any of the products below, do not eat them.

Instead return them to the store and you should get a full refund - even without your receipt.

If you've purchased one with the batchcode of 101 and a best before date of May 26 do not eat it.

Instead, return it to a Tesco store where a full refund will be given.

Gosh! products

Gosh! has recalled several of its Sweet Potato Pakora and Falafel products because they may contain gluten which is not declared on the label.

This means that the products are a possible health risk for anyone with coeliac disease, and/or an allergy or intolerance to gluten.

Supermarkets such as Asda, Aldi, Tesco and Morrisons all sell these items.

Here are the products you'll need to return and their best before dates:

  • Gosh Sweet Potato Pakora with Red Pepper, Cumin & Chilli, 171g, 200g, 256g, 300g - up to and including 9 June
  • Gosh Sweet Potato Pakora with Red Pepper, 200g, 700g - up to and including 9 June
  • The Deli Sweet Potato Pakora, 200g - all dates
  • The Deli Butternut Squash, Tomato and Basil Falafel, 200g - all dates
  • The Deli Moroccan Style Falafel, 200g - all dates

If you have purchased the items then FSA advises you contact Gosh! on hello@goshfood.com for a full refund.

What are my rights to a refund?

If you're returning a recalled product, your rights to get a refund depends on whether the fault makes the product unsafe.

Sometimes the business will repair the product, for example by fitting a new part. But this should be done for you.

If a fault makes a product unsafe to use — and it's difficult to correct the fault — the Consumer Guarantees Act says you might have the right to reject the product and claim a replacement or a refund.

You can read more about your rights concerning a recalled product in our guide.

Tesco and Superdrug previously had to issue an urgent recall a couple of products due to fears they could contain pieces of metal.

The product recalls apply to Tesco's whey protein with flavours of strawberry and chocolate.
