The long-term future of two shops inside Stoke-on-Trent's biggest shopping centre is now even more uncertain - after the units were stripped of all their stock.
The Potteries Centre units of Topshop and Topman - located on the middle and upper malls and connected by escalators - are currently empty.
It comes as Arcadia - which operated Topshop and Topman - is currently in administration. Its Outfit stores - including the one on Festival Park - have also reportedly closed for good.
Topshop fan Molly Jones says the store will be 'missed' by fashion lovers across North Staffordshire.
The 24-year-old, from Newcastle, said: "Topshop sells the best jeans with the best sizes, and it was good to be able to go into the store because you can try things on. It's not the same online.
"It is one of the best shops in Hanley and has always been really popular. It's the big names that attract people to Hanley, and without them, it would be much quieter."
The Potteries Centre and Arcadia have both declined to comment on the future of the stores.
